The Public Enemy 1931 ★★★

I liked Cagney in the role. The film I think is built up way too much. I like the premise of the film where we see how he started out in a gang and where he ends up, but I think it's just a average film from the '30s. I still like Dracula and Mystery of The Wax Museum when it comes to dark films of this era. This is the first Gangster film I've seen from the '30s so I still need to watch more to make a more fair analysis, but in the meantime it's just ok
